A nominal sheet size is a starting point. Specify the panel construction, dimensions, quantity and destination before asking factories to price a replacement or new-build package.
Record exact width and length, thickness in mm, cell construction, surface treatment and quantity by sheet. Ask whether quoted dimensions are nominal or actual, whether trimming is included, and how the UV-protected face is marked. Request the applicable product data sheet instead of treating the material name as a performance specification.
List joining and edge profiles, sealing tapes, fasteners and replacement spares. Existing frame compatibility may constrain the panel choice. Have the installer check attachment details, support spacing and expansion allowances against the selected manufacturer's instructions. Sourcing support coordinates questions; it does not replace a project engineer's design approval.
“Greenhouse sheets, standard thickness, delivered.” This leaves the panel construction, order quantity, destination, accessory scope and delivery terms open. The cheapest reply may cover a smaller usable area or exclude necessary profiles.
Name the sheet configuration and dimensions, count the required pieces, identify the US delivery point and state packing and installation boundaries. Compare material, accessories, freight, taxes, documentation and support on the same basis. Hold proposed substitutes apart until their fit is checked.
